Brandi Clapper

Brandi is a Colorado native, born and raised in Broomfield, who is proud to call Colorado home again. With deep local roots and a genuine love for the Colorado lifestyle, she brings both market knowledge and a personal connection to every client relationship.

Brandi earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Education from Colorado State University, followed by a Master of Arts in Education Administration and Principal Licensure from the University of Northern Colorado. After marrying her high school sweetheart, she spent several years traveling the world while he served in the United States Air Force. During that time, Brandi built a successful career in education and expanded her real estate experience by practicing in Colorado and Texas and personally buying and selling properties across multiple markets.

Now back in Colorado, Brandi combines her diverse background with a client-first mindset to guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process with clarity, confidence, and care. Known for her strong communication skills, strategic approach, and calm professionalism, she is committed to delivering a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

Brandi holds several advanced real estate designations that reflect her dedication to excellence and ongoing education, including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RNE), Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS), and Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI). These credentials allow her to expertly represent both buyers and sellers with informed strategy, skilled negotiation, and thoughtful market insight.

When she’s not working with clients, Brandi enjoys everything Colorado has to offer—biking, running, skiing, golfing, yoga, and walking her dogs throughout Castle Rock.
